At Marilyn & Co., we want you to love your tank. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how.

Talk to us first

For any return, exchange or refund request, email us at contact@marilynandco.com with your order number and a few words about the issue. We reply within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday, and most issues are solved in a single email. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back.

90-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee

Ordered the wrong size? Within 90 days of delivery, tell us which size you need and we'll send you a free replacement in that size. You can keep the original tank, so there's nothing to send back. One free size exchange per item ordered.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us within 90 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the problem and a short description. Once confirmed, we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund for that item, your choice. In most cases you won't need to return anything.

Changed your mind

You can return unworn, unwashed items with their original tags within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. For hygiene reasons, worn or washed items can't be returned for change of mind (they are still covered by our Perfect Fit Guarantee and by the section above). Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we'll email you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without our confirmation can't be accepted. Original shipping fees (including Priority Shipping) are not refundable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval (or after we receive your return). Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement. We can't refund to a different card or account.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge by emailing us within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but our return options above still apply.
